Madiba the Musical competition terms and conditions

  1. Terms and conditions of entry
    1.1 Place an order on between 9:00am NZST 1 January 2019 and 5:00pm NZST 20 January 2019 (“Promotion Period”) to go in the draw for the Prize.
    1.2 Each completed order gives you one entry into the draw. Cancelled or refunded orders will not be eligible.
    1.3 By accepting the Prize, you accept the competition terms of entry.
  2. Prize
    2.1 The Prize consists of two tickets to Madiba the Musical performed on 6pm Sunday 27th January at the Bruce Mason Centre, Takapuna, Auckland to be collected from the box office (“Prize”).
    2.2 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  3. Prize draw
    3.1 One winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period on 20 January 2019 (“Prize Draw”). The winner will be publicly announced within 7 working days of accepting the Prize.
    3.2 The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 2 days of the Prize Draw date, via the contact details provided in their order. The Winner must respond and accept the Prize within 2 calendar days from the date of such contact or the Prize will be forfeited, and another draw undertaken.
    3.3 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. General terms and conditions of entry
    4.1 This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who
    a.) are able to attend the Prize performance; and
    b.) are not the immediate family of the Promotor.
    4.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Entrants and to disqualify any claimant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    4.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    4.4 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for death or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the promotion or as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize. All other expenses incurred with any part of the prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
    4.5 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value as specified herewith in these Terms and Conditions.
    4.6 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the winner agrees to hold the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees and assignees harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of their prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by the use or redemption of their prize.
    4.7 By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use his/her name and video and/or photograph for publicity purposes strictly relating to this promotion.
    4.8 The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions, including but not limited to that of the prize supplier.

    4.10 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities.
    4.11 The entrant consents to the collection and storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s database for purposes of participating in this competition and for the purposes set out in clause 4.7 and 4.10.
